Clone Club touches base about the unknown clone who seems to be involved in the GRIT explosion, but they don’t realize that Vivi is listening in on the call. Charlotte discovers they aren’t dealing with the clone disease when she tries to inoculate the sick clone in the US. Art does his best to handle Jay’s questions about Katja, Cosima, and Beth so that he can pass on a warning to Clone Club. Kira notices something strange happening on GeneKeep’s servers.

The investigation into the bombing at GRIT resurrects some old problems for Art, who receives a visit from a determined RCMP officer asking about the Katja Obinger case. Cosima learns more about what was going on at GRIT, while Charlotte and Alison head to the United States to inoculate a sick Leda clone.

Project LEDA ended eight years ago, and Cosima has spent that time playing it safe professionally. But when she interviews for a job at the Genetic Research Institute of Toronto, Cosima is confronted with her DYAD past and insinuations that DYAD’s work has been continued. Charlotte finds evidence on the internet that an unknown Leda clone in Boston is suffering from the clone disease, which reignites tensions concerning whether the clones should go public about their identities.
